Transcending Leadership Center is committed to the success and well-being of the LGBTQ+ community. Its programs are designed to advance the professional lives of those it serves.

Transcending Leadership Center recognizes that our community has been historically overlooked and, as a result, it has lacked the opportunities to realize their own American Dream.

Through culturally competent and evidence-based programs, we hope to change that paradigm and give our program participants the tools, experience, and confidence they need to become full contributing members of society.
